The Data Day
Argentina Advance, Spain Hopeful of Success | World Cup Preview | The Data Day Live

It was relatively easy for Argentina in the end. The defeat to Saudi Arabia in their opening game at the World Cup not a preview of what was to come for the South Americans as they secured their progression into the last 16 with victory over Poland.

Antonio Maza joined ‘The Data Day Live’ to look back on how Argentina have bounced back from that early disappointment to re-establish their position as our supercomputers second favourites to win the World Cup. Matt Furniss and Graham Bell were also joined by Albert Valor to look at the youthful Spain side who, although not guaranteed their spot in the knockout stages, look like they could go far in Qatar.

Each weekday through the 2022 World Cup, The Data Day Live will bring you up to date with the latest from the tournament. Want to catch the shows live? Make sure you are following us on Twitter or you can also watch the show on our YouTube channel.
