Stats Perform FCS National Defensive Player of the Week
Kemari Munier-Bailey (DE, Weber State) spoke with two-time Super Bowl winner Gary Reasons after being named the Stats Perform National Defensive Player of the Week following a standout performance in the Big Sky squad’s 39-0 shutout win at Northwestern State.
The former Fresno State and Idaho player has found a new home on the Weber State D-line, but he made some side trips into the Northwestern State backfield. He posted six tackles for loss, including three sacks, with the plays dropping Northwestern State ball carriers for minus-25 yards. He finished with eight tackles, including seven solos.
Munier-Bailey reflected on the dominating performance.
