Peter used to stay up until midnight doing analysis and graphics as a hobby. He now stays up until 2 a.m. doing it as his job. Fascinated in how people interact with visual data, he started on the habit by explaining grammar and journalistic techniques through visual diagrams that may resemble Charlie Day’s search for Pepe Silvia in his lectures. For The Analyst, he runs data viz, graphics and advanced leaderboards. The irony here is Peter has a writing degree but goes out of his way with data viz to express his ideas as wordlessly as possible.
