Arsenal continued their recent dominance against fierce rivals Tottenham with a hard-fought 1-0 victory at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium on Sunday.

Gabriel Magalhães’ header from Bukayo Saka’s corner proved the difference as Arsenal won away at Spurs for the third straight game, last achieving that in a three-game stretch between January 1987 and September 1988 (36 years ago).

Victory means that Arsenal have now won six, draw one and lost just one of their last eight fixtures against Tottenham, with all of those games coming in the Premier League.
