Picking the winner’s of Premier League games is hard, I think we can all admit that after the opening weekend of the season. Our hopes for our win predictor model to complete a perfect season went up in smoke after just one game. And frankly, across our community and amongst our contributors it wasn’t much better either.

Matt Furniss was the only one to take his unbeaten run into the third game where we were all undone by Tottenham Hotspur’s victory over Manchester City, which made it double rough justice for Kevin. Not only did he deliver a weekend bagel but he also picked against his beloved Spurs. Will he learn his lesson this time around though? You can find out in the latest episode of ‘The Analyst Hat-Trick’.

Not only are we looking forward to Nuno’s return to Molineux but we also cast an eye across Liverpool’s match-up with Burnley at Anfield – a game last season that saw the Reds incredible 68-game unbeaten run at home in the Premier League come to an end.

Meanwhile something will have to give between Arsenal and Chelsea at the Emirates. Arsenal haven’t beaten Chelsea in any of their last 10 Premier League meetings on a Sunday since November 200, although they are unbeaten in their previous eight Premier League Sunday matches overall.

In the meantime though – here’s how our predictions for the key games this weekend are set.
